Carolyn Durrett – Secretary
Carolyn Durrett is a speech-language pathologist based in Edmond, OK, with over 15 years of experience. She grew up in a small town in southern Oklahoma and earned her graduate degree from the University of Oklahoma. Since 2009, she has dedicated herself to helping individuals overcome communication challenges through a local private practice.
Deepika Volquardsen – President
Deepika Volquardsen leads the Resilient Hearts Foundation with a heart full of empathy and a mission that stems from her deeply personal experiences. As the mother of a child with special needs, she knows firsthand the challenges, fears, and joys of caring for a loved one with disabilities. This intimate understanding fuels her unwavering commitment to uplifting families facing similar journeys.
Meredith Lee – Treasurer
Meredith Lee has lived in Oklahoma her entire life. As a veteran and healthcare worker, she knows the value of sacrifice and helping others. Meredith is a passionately caring person who always seeks ways to help those around her.
