Our mission is to serve the special needs community by acting as a vital source of information, providing access to grants for therapies, and offering well-being support to caregivers and families. We are committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve by ensuring they have the resources and support they need.

Support & Respite for Caregivers

Being a caregiver is a journey of love, dedication, and sometimes exhaustion. We recognize the tremendous emotional and physical effort that caregivers invest in their children every single day. At Resilient Hearts, we provide practical relief in the form of respite care, adaptive equipment, and access to a network of other caregivers who understand the unique joys and struggles of this path. Our goal is to give caregivers the support they need so they can continue being the heroes their children rely on.

We see a future where families are empowered with the resources, community, and advocacy they need to overcome challenges, celebrate their children’s unique abilities, and build resilient, joyful lives together.

MISSION:
Our mission is to stand as a beacon of hope and support for children with special needs and their families. We provide grants for essential therapies, educational resources, and caregiver relief, while fostering a strong sense of community. Through advocacy, we work to create a more inclusive world where every child is valued for who they are, and every family is equipped with the tools to help them flourish.
